Maria Magdalena Aguilar Velasco

Maria holds a PhD in International Business from the University of Agder. She is an Associate Professor and Program Director for the Bachelor's programme in Project Management and Digitalisation at Oslo New University College.

Maria has extensive experience in programme management, HR, and customer service. She has worked in both the public and private sectors in Norway and Mexico. Her research focuses on challenges related to project-based work, with particular emphasis on how project employees use coping strategies, psychological resources, and social support to prevent stress, burnout, and reduced work performance.
