Technology refers to any process or artifact that organizations use to create value. This research group focuses on investigating the transformational effects of technology within organizations.
We are assessing the impacts of AI-powered technologies—such as performance management information systems, digital communication platforms, corporate social media, wearables, onboarding mobile applications, and others—on work experience, job design, organizational communication, sensemaking, knowledge creation, and innovation.
OrgTech Dynamics Lab is currently working on a project titled “Organizations in the Age of Digitalization”.
